Who are we looking for?

You are a lover of numbers, a junkie for data, and a wearer of multiple hats.

You know your way around GAAP and accrual-based accounting.

You know how to use Google Sheets (or Microsoft Excel), but more importantly - you appreciate and own the craft of building a beautifully executed spreadsheet and get giddy to share it with others.

You have a kind heart, an open mind, and lead with gratitude and humility.

You constantly work with meaning and drive with purpose - waiting for that ideal opportunity to showcase your talents.

You manage your time efficiently and meticulously.

You believe the attention is in the details and a quick double (or triple) check is worth its weight in gold.

You’re a big dreamer, a critical thinker, and an even bigger doer.

You have the ability to analyze, interpret and question even the most complex data.

You crave growth and all of the responsibilities that come along with it.

You wake up with a great attitude and carry that throughout the day.

You possess stellar sarcasm and have the intuition to know when to use it.

You have at least one year of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on the finance portion of the business.

We celebrate and prioritize diversity and welcome ALL to apply for this opportunity.

We believe that a homebuilder can change the world… would you like to be a part of it?
