We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, quality control, client interactions and progress reports, and managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating all activities to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, job cleanliness, and safety compliance.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, project phots, address any concerns or questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the construction process.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or technical issues that may arise during construction.
  • Oversee the scheduling of material deliveries, equipment, and subcontractor services; managing vendor relationships and lead times to ensure timely delivery of materials and workflow.
  • Implement and enforce Clean Jobsite Standards, safety protocols, and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
  • Prepare and distribute progress reports, job site photos, and other documentation to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project milestones, expectations, and overall performance.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact project delivery or budgetary constraints.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing leadership and guidance to project teams and fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction management, preferably with custom home builders.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, local building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
